Lido Restaurant - Return and Refund Policy

Admission Tickets
- No Refunds on Tickets: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on any tickets purchased for admission.
- Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are strictly non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer your ticket will result in forfeiture without refund.
- Single-Use Tickets: Each ticket grants a single entry to the event or club night as specified. Unless explicitly stated on the ticket, re-entry is not permitted.
- No Extensions or Exchanges: Tickets must be used for the specific date and event for which they were purchased. Unused tickets for past events cannot be exchanged, refunded, or used for future events.
Consumables (Food and Drink)
- No Refunds on Consumables: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any food and drink items purchased.
Physical Merchandise
- Return Policy: Regularly priced physical merchandise (excluding food and drink items) can be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to Gift Cards, Music CDs, Downloadable Music, DVDs, Downloadable Videos, Customized or Signed Posters, and merchandise not in its original condition and packaging.
- Gift Items: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Proof of Purchase Required: To process a return, you must present a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund returned items that are lost in shipping. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a 14 business days.
General Conditions
- The club reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone for any reason. Tickets for refused admission are not refundable.
- By purchasing a ticket or consumable, guests agree to abide by the club’s rules and policies.
- Policy changes: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
