Welcome to Lido Restaurant. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including our website and physical venue located at 9100 Long Beach Blvd. in South Gate, California, particularly related to our nightclub, bar, and restaurant offerings. By purchasing admission tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services are strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Valid identification will be required for entry. Anyone under the age of 18 who purchases an admission ticket through our site, or attempts to use falsified identification will be denied entry are removed from the premesis without a refund.
We enforce a strict alcohol policy in compliance with California and Federal laws. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to purchase, attempt to purchase, or consume alcohol on our premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide valid identification proving they are of legal drinking age. Anyone under the age of 21 attempting to purchase alcohol through our website or at our venue will be denied service and removed from the premises without a refund.
The lineup of bands, DJs, and other performers is subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or exchanges.
Patrons are expected to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to those relating to alcohol consumption and conduct in public spaces.
Lido Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
By purchasing admission tickets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
No shorts or sandals for men. Leave the baseball caps at home. Dress nice. We reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion.
